ChiFi

ChiFi is the collaborative project of several Chicago based organizations to promote a community wireless network to serve the city and its constituents. The members of ChiFi believe that community wireless networks and municipal wireless projects offer an inexpensive solution to widely deploy broadband access to urban and suburban neighborhoods, small towns, cities, last mile connectivity and low-income areas. This web site is provided as a free community resource.
